Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the public at live events, retail activations, and high-traffic venues to promote charitable causes
• Share the mission, goals, and programs of our partner organizations with potential donors
• Build positive brand impressions and represent charities with professionalism and integrity
• Prospect and generate new support for nonprofit events and campaigns
• Manage supporter relationships and provide top-tier customer service
• Collaborate with event staff to coordinate logistics and ensure seamless event execution
• Track and report sales metrics, donor engagement, and performance goals
• Network with vendors, sponsors, and partners to identify new collaboration opportunities
• Attend industry events and stay informed on marketing and nonprofit trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, fundraising, or sales is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
