As a Chiropractic and Medical Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, providing personalized, high-quality care to patients and gaining experience across diverse healthcare areas. You’ll work closely with chiropractors and mid-level providers, such as nurse practitioners, to ensure accurate patient documentation and adherence to established workflows.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care and Support:

  • Prepare patients for examination and guide them through therapies.
  • Capture detailed patient histories to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Record vital signs and scribe patient-provider interactions for accurate documentation.
  • Assist patients with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and provide instructions for proper use.
  • Welcome and assist patients both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.

Administrative and Operational Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day Chiropractic and Medical Assistant operations, including scheduling and front desk duties.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain patient care documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling notes and ensure data entry accuracy.
  • Manage and confirm patient appointments, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
  • Communicate patient concerns to the practice manager and healthcare providers.

Qualities We Value:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a medical or chiropractic setting preferred.
