Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our team supporting a major airline client. In this high-volume, fast-paced role, you will focus on recruiting top engineering and technical talent, with a strong emphasis on mechanical and aviation-related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, including mechanics, maintenance engineers, simulator technicians, and other aviation-related positions.
• Develop and execute company-wide talent acquisition strategies, including diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding efforts.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to forecast talent needs, refine job descriptions, and align hiring plans with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, technical schools, and external recruiting partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve process efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering recruitment, preferably in the aerospace, aviation, automotive, or other mechanical engineering industries.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated success in workforce planning, talent strategy, and data-driven recruiting.
• Experience with recruitment analytics tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without direct leadership responsibilities.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with FAA regulations, A&P certifications, and aviation maintenance standards.
• Background in recruiting for physical systems engineering, especially within airlines or aviation OEMs.
• Success recruiting for roles such as aircraft mechanics, maintenance technicians, engineers, and other professionals working with simulators or A&P-certified equipment.
