Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field. While a valid Florida Teaching Certification is preferred, it is not required for this position. 2-3 years of prior experience teaching elementary grades is highly required. The ideal candidate will possess strong classroom management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to integrate technology effectively into the classroom.
