Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist – Amazon Focus

Location: West Palm Beach, FL / Hybrid 3x in-office and 2x remote (*Local residents only)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $75,000-$95,000/year

Role Overview

As the Ecommerce Specialist , you will be the go-to expert for managing and optimizing our Amazon storefront. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving product visibility, and enhancing customer experience. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to shape the future of ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s Amazon Seller Central account.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product rankings, conversion rates, and sales.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content).
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Products/Brands).
• Coordinate inventory planning and forecasting to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and creative teams to launch new products.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
• Handle customer reviews, feedback, and support issues to maintain brand reputation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of growing sales and optimizing listings.
• Strong understanding of Amazon advertising and analytics tools.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and keyword research software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.
• Must provide own laptop.
