Distribution Center Manager | Lead, Optimize & Make an Impact!

About the Role:

You’ll oversee the full end-to-end flow of our distribution center—from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and shipment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive operational efficiency, motivate teams, and ensure every shipment is accurate, timely, and safe.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery coordination.
• Champion inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation with warehouse systems.
• Coach, mentor, and manage warehouse teams to achieve operational goals and maximize productivity.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
• Develop and implement strategic warehouse layouts, process enhancements, and KPI-driven performance measures.
• Manage warehouse staffing—recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor equipment needs and initiate maintenance or replacement as necessary.
• Resolve operational issues swiftly while maintaining high customer service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of warehouse operations management experience
• Proven team leadership and coaching abilities
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Forklift certification (required)
• Solid knowledge of HAZMAT shipping and recordkeeping
• High computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel up to 25%
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access all areas of the facility

Bonus Points For:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Background in cost accounting principles and logistics strategy
