OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-driven Distribution & Routing Operations Coordinator to support our expanding wholesale and partner distribution network. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant shipments across global markets, working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and distribution teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing routing workflows, coordinating with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to optimize shipment execution. A strong grasp of international trade compliance and documentation is critical, along with the ability to review channel-level KPIs and collaborate with Channel Managers to take action on performance insights.

This role will play a key part in standardizing processes, increasing shipment visibility, and driving operational delivers. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player who can confidently manage priorities and partner relationships in a fast-paced, global environment. This candidate will report into the Director of Retail Operations and our Channel Manager 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate B2B Channel shipment routing by collaborating with partner/wholesale account managers, distribution teams, and 3PLs, with a focus on regional partners across APAC and EMEA / UK markets.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and partner-operated retail stores across APAC and EMEA / UK to schedule shipments and optimize transportation plans based on regional lead times, cargo volumes, and SLAs.
  • Manage and prepare essential shipping and compliance documentation—including commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required export documents—tailored to the specific regulations of APAC and EMEA / UK regions.
  • Maintain accurate, organized records of all distribution documentation to support audits and ensure accessibility for compliance across
  • Review KPIs for distribution channels in APAC and EMEA / UK; collaborate with Channel Manager and internal teams to identify performance gaps, drive improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay current on international trade regulations, customs requirements, regional HTS codes, and export/import standards across APAC and EMEA / UK,
  • Track routing and transportation performance across APAC and EMEA / UK, analyzing metrics such as cost efficiency, SLA adherence, and delivery timelines to identify and execute optimization strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external logistics teams across to ensure smooth distribution execution and proactive issue resolution.
  • Bring a strong background in intercompany shipping logic, including drop shipping from vendors, and collaborate closely with logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment, accurate inventory movement, and cost-effective execution across global channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field, with proven experience in distribution routing and transportation management within B2B or wholesale apparel environments.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin), with a focus on global compliance and accuracy.
  • Proficient in 3PL warehouse software and ERP systems to manage routing, documentation, and logistics workflows efficiently.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Applications, ERP(Full Circle a major plus) other Tech Applications a major Plus
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English are a major plus, complemented by strong negotiation, interpersonal abilities, and experience building effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a demonstrated ability to interpret data, optimize routing strategies, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and adapt collaboratively to shifting business needs.
  • Understanding of the Stussy Ethos is a major plus
  • This role is in Office 5 days a week
