Clinical Research Site Director (12-Month Contract, 30-40 Hours/Week)

Clinical Research Site Director to oversee operations, drive patient recruitment, and manage business relationships in a fast-paced, multi-therapeutic environment.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and mentor a team of coordinators, ensuring smooth trial operations.
✅ Oversee patient recruitment and retention strategies.
✅ Manage business relationships, contracts, and site administration.
✅ Drive business development and contribute to site growth.
✅ Ensure compliance and efficiency in high-volume trials.

✔ Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
✔ Strong administrative and organizational skills.
✔ Experience managing high-volume clinical trials.
✔ Confidence in contract management and business development.
✔ Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven.
✔ Multi-therapeutic experience—vaccine experience is a plus!
