Job Description

The Director of Brand, Events, and Content Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for elevating brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and delivering impactful experiences that align with the company’s mission and growth objectives. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated brand strategies, high-profile events (virtual and in-person), and multi-channel content marketing initiatives. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive teams, the Director ensures brand consistency, drives thought leadership, and amplifies the company's voice in the market. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, an experienced event strategist, and a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand equity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, and in-person experiences.
  • Lead brand storytelling initiatives to create a compelling and differentiated market presence.
  1. Event Strategy & Execution
  • Own the strategic vision and execution of all brand-led events, including trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and experiential activations.
  • Manage event planning, logistics, and on-site execution to deliver engaging and high-impact brand experiences.
  • Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to maximize event ROI and lead generation.

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Develop and oversee an integrated content strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create high-quality, engaging content that supports demand generation and brand awareness.
  • Implement SEO best practices and data-driven content strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the digital marketing, product marketing, and social media teams to amplify content and brand initiatives.
  • Partner with PR teams to drive media coverage, industry recognition, and brand reputation.
  • Align content and event strategies with sales enablement to support pipeline growth and customer engagement.

Performance & Optimization

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand campaigns, content initiatives, and events.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure success and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing innovations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, and event management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand campaigns and events.
  • Strong storytelling and content marketing expertise, with experience in B2B and/or B2C industries.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and partnerships.
