Digital Graphic Designer (Entry-Level Welcome)

Location: Medina, OH (In-Office, 5x/week )

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for raw creative talent, not just polished résumés. You might be fresh out of college, self-taught, or switching careers. What matters most is that you’re obsessed with good design, tuned into culture and politics, and ready to learn fast in a high-performance environment.

We want someone who:

• Thinks in visuals, not just words
• Can scroll Instagram, watch campaign ads, and know exactly why something works or doesn’t
• Has a pulse on memes, messaging, and media
• Wants to make a difference in the world, not just make graphics

What You’ll Do

• Design content that grabs attention and drives engagement — from social posts to brand decks
• Work directly with our Creative Director and team to learn the ropes and sharpen your creative instincts.
• Turn ideas and rough direction into scroll-stopping visuals
• Help build the visual voice for major campaigns and cultural movements

What Matters to Us

• A portfolio (or even just a few projects) that shows your eye for design and your creativity
• Curiosity — about politics, culture, strategy, and storytelling
• Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is excellent, but talent beats tools
• A teachable, coachable mindset and a desire to grow into a creative powerhouse

Bonus If You

• Are active on social and understand how digital culture moves
• Have an opinion about what makes a great ad, meme, or message
• Have dabbled in motion or video (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
• Include a cover letter in the same attachment as your resume explaining why you think you'd be a good fit for the role and Clock Tower X
