Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional seasonal content for our partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has a passion for digital content, and enjoys working collaboratively to bring brand stories to life. As part of the team, you’ll support digital content creation, operational processes, and seasonal photoshoots, ensuring seamless execution of high-quality assets used across the Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing seasonal sell-in materials for partners.
• Execute tactical tasks like tagging, uploading, and building collection pages on Nike.net.
• Create and deliver seasonal sample recap reports.
• Track, receive, unbox, and organize GGP sample sets to support seasonal photoshoots.
• Partner with PGTM Excellence and Merch Ops teams to streamline processes.
• Schedule photoshoots, including booking models and reserving studio time.
• Support onsite production by organizing and tagging samples, assisting stylists, and tracking expenses.
• Rename, tag, and upload content assets to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather and share insights with cross-functional teams to advocate for NA Partner and PGTM needs.
• Work closely with internal teams and external creative professionals to ensure a high-quality asset delivery experience.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or sales.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, and digital applications.
• Understanding and passion for digital content creation and consumer engagement.
• Project coordination experience (Preferred)
