• Proven experience as a dermatology NP or PA
• Current Vermont licensure (or eligibility) as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Strong communication skills, fostering patient trust and satisfaction
• Proactive approach to collaboration with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in both medical and cosmetic dermatology
