LoneStar Promo Products is a Houston-based promotional products and signs company that has been family-owned and operated since 2010. We offer our clients a wide range of items including custom apparel, signs, personalized gifts, and promotional products. Most of our custom work, such as embroidery, laser engraving, and heat press, is done in-house, with sublimation soon to be added. This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist, located in Houston, TX. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The specialist will manage digital and paper files, handle customer information, and respond to client queries effectively.

• Typing and Computer Literacy skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
• Previous data entry experience is preferred
