Customer Service Trainer

The Customer Service Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip our representatives with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our customers. This role involves creating engaging training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of customer service best practices.

Experience with training development and evaluation.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other training tools.
