Job Description

As a Creative Designer , you’ll balance creativity and strategic thinking to support and elevate our brand presence. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life — from concept to completion — across campaigns, print and digital assets, events, and internal initiatives.

Onsite role in North Austin with amazing leadership team in beautiful newly remodeled centrally located office with lots of perks!

$90-95K plus full Benefits

Art Direction / Production

• Assist in establishing and executing the creative vision for marketing materials and campaigns.
• Support the marketing team in maintaining visual consistency aligned with brand guidelines and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop compelling, targeted materials that drive engagement and conversion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development of industry-leading content for our Agent and Dealer clients.
• Contribute to the design and production of POS materials, videos, presentations, and more to support company growth.
• Help coordinate advertising campaigns, including planning and timeline management.
• Provide creative and logistical support for key industry events such as the annual NADA conference, Agent Summit, Dealers' Choice Awards, and internal events like our annual Holiday Party.
• Assist in the development of PR, social media, promotional email campaigns, internal communications, and training tools.

Creative Production

• Use design software to help produce original visuals and layouts for digital and print materials.
• Collaborate on concepts and assist in refining layout design based on team feedback.
• Review proofs, suggest improvements, and ensure creative aligns with brand strategy.
• Proofread designs and content to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
