Job Summary:
As a Cosmetology Substitute Teacher, you will have the vital responsibility of stepping into the classrooms of our talented instructors whenever they are unavailable. Your role will involve delivering lessons, facilitating practical demonstrations, and guiding students through their cosmetology training, ensuring they receive the education they need to succeed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Cosmetology License in the State of Indiana.
• Must have an active Beauty of Culture Educator License in the State of Indiana.
• Strong background and experience in the cosmetology field is a plus..
• Previous teaching or instructional experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse student populations.
• A passion for teaching and commitment to student success.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
