Position Overview:

As a Corporate Recruiter at HR-1, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to conduct recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing efforts.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for a variety of different positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and potentially internationally.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
