We’re looking for a strategic and business-minded Corporate Attorney to join our expanding team. What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to corporate clients on matters involving business formation, structure, and governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and licensing arrangements.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions—leading due diligence, deal structuring, and closing efforts.
• Provide practical, business-focused guidance on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and operational best practices.
• Advise on corporate disputes or pre-litigation issues to minimize client exposure.
• Stay current with evolving laws and regulations impacting business clients and communicate key developments proactively.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, paralegals, and clients to deliver efficient and high-quality legal solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar(preferably Florida).
• 3–7 years of experience practicing corporate or business law, ideally in a law firm or in-house counsel role.
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, contract law, and transactional work.
• Experience with M&A or venture capital matters is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
