Are you passionate about drafting, document coordination, and ensuring top-notch quality? We’re looking for a Drafting Coordinator to oversee drawing deliverables, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and track project drawings throughout their lifecycle.
• Perform QA/QC of internal and external drafting deliverables to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to deliver high-quality construction and as-built drawings.
• Provide guidance on drafting standards and oversee document management systems.
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines to meet project deadlines and expectations.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and knowledge of standard drafting techniques.
• Experience with document coordination and management systems.
• Experience within the natural gas industry (compressor stations, meter stations, and/or pipeline design.)
• Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with both 2D and 3D drawing technologies.
• Exceptional multitasking and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
