Job Description

Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for a Contract Recruiter in Lebanon, PA. Position can be long-term contract position expected to last 6+ months or temp-to-perm for candidates who additionally have HR generalist experience. Position is 100% onsite and not remote or hybrid.

Salary: Up to $26.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm - 100% onsite

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle recruiting along with general HR tasks as well
• Provide outstanding employee experience while serving and addressing teammates’ inquiries.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, record scanning, and correspondence.
• Manage employee programs such as unemployment, workers compensation, engagement, etc.
• Assist with organizing company events and activities.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of previous HR/Recruitment experience
• College Degree in HR, Business or related is required
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and familiarity with HRIS system softwareCustomer service mindset
• Possesses excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
