Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team in Miami. This role supports general council with complex real estate transactions and requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of commercial property deals.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing real estate contracts, leases, closing documents, and related agreements
• Coordinate due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning reports, and environmental assessments
• Prepare closing checklists and manage pre- and post-closing activities
• Communicate with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and other third parties
• Maintain and track real estate transaction timelines and key deadlines
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documents and filings

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal, with a focus on commercial transactions
• Strong understanding of title review, closing processes, and lease administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
• Paralegal certificate or related education preferred
