Our client in Hackensack, New Jersey is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal . The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will assist with title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings and leasing's.

This is a direct hire position.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Salary: $76,500-179,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financings, and lease agreements
• Conduct and review title and survey analyses, and summarize findings for attorney and client review
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including obtaining and organizing relevant documents
• Prepare and review closing documents such as closing binders, closing statements, and escrow instructions
• Communicate with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and other third parties to facilitate smooth transaction processes
• Assist with entity formation and maintenance, including preparation of organizational documents and resolutions
• Manage post-closing activities, including tracking deadlines and filing documents with appropriate authorities
• Maintain organized transaction files and ensure proper documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Support attorneys in identifying and resolving issues that arise during real estate transactions
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm procedures throughout all stages of real estate transactions

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years professional work experience in the commercial real estate field required .
• Paralegal Certification required .
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
