The firm represents a wide range of middle-market companies, real estate developers, investors, and capital providers, offering strategic legal counsel across transactions, litigation, tax, and regulatory issues. Their multidisciplinary team includes trial lawyers, dealmakers, tax strategists, and cybersecurity advisors, united by a shared focus on client success.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a candidate who can clearly articulate their deal history and demonstrate expertise in complex commercial real estate matters. Successful candidates should be prepared to discuss:

• 10+ years of experience (OR a minimum of 18,000 hours) in commercial real estate transactions
• Proven track record advising acquirers, sellers, developers, lenders, managers, and users of commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily real estate
• In-depth knowledge of real estate due diligence, financing structures, and transaction execution
• Comfort with financial and accounting issues tied to real estate transactions
• A portable book of business sufficient to support at least 50% of their practice
