Job Description
This individual will work directly with producer and carrier underwriters and will be responsible for building relationships while maintaining and servicing a book of business. They will be responsible for building relationships while maintaining and servicing a book of business. They will service book of business by managing and replying to phone calls, emails, and any other request from clients. Complete and submit insurance applications to the carrier and or quotes online. Market Renewal business – ability to prepare quality submissions to carriers and/or quote online. Review and analyze quotes; prepare quality proposals for presentation to clients. Invoice Agency Billed policies and managed Aged Accounts Receivables. Process changes requests from clients. Maintain client files according to agency’s policies and procedures in agency management system. Analyze client insurance needs; work to round coverage portfolios by suggesting/selling additional coverage.
