Location: Bay City, MI (In-Office)

Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities

Harrison Gray Search is partnering with a well-established, independent insurance agency in downtown Bay City to find a talented Commercial Lines Account Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong commercial insurance experience looking to join a collaborative and supportive team that values service, growth, and long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a designated book of commercial lines accounts
• Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, audits, and certificates
• Assist with quoting, marketing, and policy placement alongside producers
• Maintain and update agency management systems (AMS360)
• Communicate professionally with clients, underwriters, and internal teams
• Resolve billing issues and monitor receivables
• Stay current on industry and market trends to provide the best solutions for clients

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial lines experience (minimum 2 years required)
• Valid Michigan Property & Casualty license
• Proficiency with AMS360 or similar management systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional designations (CISR, CIC) are a plus
