Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our service division, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a variety of commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
• Accurately document all service activities, including inspections, repairs, and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Solid understanding of HVAC system operations, including refrigeration cycles, control systems, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.

Work Environment

Based in Phoenix, AZ, with travel to customer sites in the surrounding areas. Work is conducted in a range of commercial facilities: office buildings, retail centers, industrial complexes, and healthcare institutions. Availability for occasional after-hours and emergency service calls.
