Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Intake and Community Engagement Assistant at Modern Legal. The position requires travel to our offices located in Charlotte, Gastonia, and Waxhaw, NC. The Assistant will be responsible for handling client intake processes, assisting with community engagement, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining clear communication with clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Front desk reception coverage
- Sort mail and ensure goes to the appropriate team member/client file
- Assist in vetting prospective clients, scheduling consultations, and ensuring receipt of intake and consult fees
- Opening digital and physical case files upon retainment of legal services
- Answers calls for Prospective and Current Clients
- Schedule appointments and corresponding tasks
- Analytical Skills - Customer Service, Community Engagement, and Communication skills
***Bilingual in Spanish and English is required***
*Experience in a legal or financial setting is a plus
