Job Description

Civil Engineer / Project Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and design projects
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding project coordination and design
  • Supervise and guide design engineers and drafters
  • Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of project deliverables
  • Set project fees and schedules
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines
  • Provide support during construction
  • Communicate with design consultants, municipalities, contractors, and clients
  • Conduct site visits

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree or higher in Civil Engineering
  • P.E. License in Washington
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards for site development projects in Washington
  • Experience with permitting processes in various municipalities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience, education, and skills)
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • More compensation details will be provided during the interview process
