Civil Engineer / Project Manager
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budgets, and schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and design projects
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding project coordination and design
- Supervise and guide design engineers and drafters
- Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of project deliverables
- Set project fees and schedules
- Monitor project budgets and timelines
- Provide support during construction
- Communicate with design consultants, municipalities, contractors, and clients
- Conduct site visits
Qualifications:
- B.S. Degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- P.E. License in Washington
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards for site development projects in Washington
- Experience with permitting processes in various municipalities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work
Compensation:
- Base salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience, education, and skills)
- Performance-based bonuses
