Key Responsibilities

   • Recruit, motivate, and lead an elite team of engineers, designers, and business leaders.
   • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

3. Technical & Operational Excellence:

   • Oversee the development of engineering, manufacturing, and testing facilities.
   • Drive innovation while maintaining a lean and efficient operational model.

4. Partnership Development:

   • Forge strategic alliances with government, military, and commercial partners.
   • Position the company as a critical player in ISR and communication ecosystems.

5. Market Expansion:

   • Secure funding and grow the company’s market presence in defense, communications, and dual-use applications.
