Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and sanitization of ISO-classified cleanrooms and Controlled Non-Classified (CNC) areas per SOPs
• Stock and rotate sterile and non-sterile garments using FIFO procedures
• Maintain accurate GMP cleaning logs, inventory tracking, and documentation
• Support contamination control and quality initiatives in a regulated environment
• Ensure supply levels are maintained and never depleted
• Follow safety, PPE, gowning, and respirator requirements
• Work 3rd shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM) including one weekend day
• Complete mandatory training (first 3 weeks on day shift)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills; GMP cleaning and ISO cleanroom sanitization
• Sterile + non-sterile gowning (ISO 7/8)
• PPE compliance; respirator readiness
• FIFO garment stocking and inventory rotation
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel; lift up to 40 lbs
• GMP documentation, SOP compliance, cleaning logs
• AA degree OR High School Diploma with 1+ year of GMP, biotech, pharma, or cleanroom experience
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Frederick, MD
• Ability to don sterile and non-sterile gowning and use PPE/respirators
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform motion-intensive tasks for 80% of the shift
• Experience in contamination-controlled or cleanroom environments preferred
• Strong documentation and adherence to SOPs
