Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Assistance: Provide daily assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting. Vital Signs & Monitoring: Measure and record patients' vitals, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. Mobility Support: Assist patients with transfers, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
