We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly dedicated account based in Ridgefield, WA . This position offers steady freight, consistent schedules, and great earning potential. Ideal for drivers who enjoy combining driving with hands-on work, as this is a touch-freight role unloading dry freight with rollers.
Drivers typically run 2–4 loads per week , with 3–4 stops per load , keeping you moving and earning while still guaranteeing weekly home time.

34-hour weekly reset
Days off vary based on freight volume
Holiday season: reduced time off is possible

Hourly Pay Structure:
0–48 months: $29.00–$30.50 per hour
49–200 months: $31.00 per hour
Safe & On-Time Bonus available
Drivers must have a safe, authorized location to park the truck if living 50+ miles from Ridgefield, WA
