Client Overview: Our client, a multinational retail company, is seeking a Campaign Manager to join their team in Hoboken, New Jersey!

Role Overview: As a Campaign Manager, you will report to a Senior Manager Campaign Management Lead and will be tasked with planning, delivering, and optimizing omnichannel ad campaigns. Your role will involve strategic planning and stewardship of media campaigns, including campaign setup, pacing optimizations, and performance reporting. You will act as a consultative expert to understand brand marketing goals and deliver on overall marketing objectives.

Campaign Manager Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and execute both managed and self-service campaigns while acting as the consultative expert.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation.
• Engage with external clients and agency partners to provide expertise on media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign stewardship.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in various media types including paid search, programmatic display, CTV, social media, and more.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Management teams to develop strategic data-driven media proposals that achieve client goals.
• Communicate campaign performance metrics and optimization recommendations through regular stakeholder calls.
• Identify incremental revenue streams based on campaign performance and seasonal programming opportunities.

Campaign Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management or digital media operations within various platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital media metrics and ability to analyze data for informed optimizations.
