About the Role:

• We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst who can operate at the intersection of data, development, and strategy. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strong business acumen to deliver data-driven insights and scalable solutions. This is a high-impact role that will support strategic initiatives within the Pricing & Revenue Operations function by building intelligent tools and delivering actionable analytics to senior leaders.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop intuitive and sophisticated BI tools to provide automation and data intelligence for analysts, leadership, and executive teams
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data integration pipelines using APIs to transform and load data from multiple systems
• Utilize Power BI features such as bookmarks and drill-through to create compelling, interactive data experiences
• Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations
• Use SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAP HANA to manage large datasets and build custom queries and dashboards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, data science, and product teams to define testing criteria and execute implementation plans
• Drive decision-making processes by communicating findings to stakeholders across departments

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel; SnapLogic experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices
• High proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and drive complex projects to completion
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working with global teams
• High intellectual curiosity with a strong drive for continuous learning and innovation
