BUSINESS DEVELOPER with Italian – USA (FA.2401109.CF)

The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful Junior profile, with passion and experience in the Food & Beverage sector, with good communication skills. Preferably a Business Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. He/She will report to the branch Director and will be coordinated by the Sales Manager of the East Coast area, his/her tasks will be:

• Execute Sales Strategies: Manage the assigned territory by identifying and closing business opportunities through territory management, client profiling, and building relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Manage Sales Pipeline and CRM: Use available tools (CRM, virtual meetings, etc.) to manage the sales pipeline, conduct cold calls, deliver effective presentations and proposals, and keep the CRM updated with customer information.
• Build Customer Relationships and Provide Technical Support: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and technical consultants (gelato makers, pastry chefs), supporting distributor and client education through technical training.
• Sales Analysis and Forecasting: Monitor sales data by territory, client, and product category, forecast and maintain proper stock levels, and provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and forecasts.
• Event Management and Educational Support: Assist in organizing local events, trade shows, and sales meetings, as well as supporting the recruitment of technical educators and executing local training courses.

Requirements :

• minimum of 1/2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector
• One-Three years of working experience as Business Developer would be a plus
• Use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems, and talk to others to convey information effectively
• Travel within the assigned territory (Northern East Coast, USA)
• Italian native level knowledge, English working profiency knowledge
• Communicate appropriately and in a timely manner with direct supervisor
• Return phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours
• Check e-mail regularly and assist with Technical calls
• Submit detailed Report to supervisor weekly (Prospect Report)
• Able to conduct Virtual meeting and streaming
• Able to use CRM software
• Lift up to 25 pounds
