Branch Manager – Landscaping Operations

Locations: Woodstock, Gainesville, Cartersville (GA); Oxford (MS)

Compensation: $90K–$110K base + bonus | OTE $125K+

About the Role:

As a Branch Manager, you will serve as the operational leader of a local landscaping company acquired as part of a rapidly growing company. You will manage day-to-day business functions, oversee teams, maintain revenue performance, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily branch operations across sales, field service, and administration.
• Directly manage Operations Managers and Account Managers.
• Own hiring, team performance, and staffing (initially including labor sourcing).
• Ensure branch-level P&L accountability and growth targets are met.
• Oversee the use of Aspire ERP software across branch functions.
• Act as the primary liaison between field teams and corporate.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in operations or general management, ideally in landscaping or a trades environment.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Aspire (or other ERP/CRM systems) is a strong plus.
• Background in landscaping preferred but not required.
• Veterans highly encouraged to apply.
