Bilingual Staffing Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual candidate who is able to work onsite and is excited to support our recruitment and employee relations initiatives.

Duties:

• Attend client production meetings
• Oversee recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Time entry management: Assist employees with time entry and editing of their time punches as needed
• Conduct orientations
• Provide information to employees in both English and Spanish
• Assist workers with completing their applications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Ensure effective communication with candidates, employees, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Experience client facing. Need for professional candidate who will coordinate between multiple groups onsite.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
