Job Title: Autochem Delivery Driver

Salary: $30 - $32 per hour

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Autochem Delivery Driver to join our client's team in Hampton Bays, NY. This position is responsible for delivering chlorine and other hazardous materials in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver chlorine efficiently according to the scheduled route.
• Operate metering equipment to ensure accurate delivery measurements.
• Conduct visual inspections of customer systems to detect leaks or issues.
• Follow OSHA safety standards to protect yourself, your helper, company property, and client property.
• Ensure compliance with Hazmat regulations and procedures.
• Route daily stops for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery truck (interior & exterior).
• Complete all paperwork accurately and neatly, including delivery logs and gallon counts.
• Maintain open communication with the office throughout the workday.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant driving/delivery experience
• License: Valid CDL Class B or A with tank, air brakes, and Hazmat endorsements
• Other: Clean driving record and commitment to safety standards
