We are a boutique family law firm dedicated to helping families through some of the most challenging transitions of their lives. We’re currently looking for a full-time Associate Attorney who is passionate about family law and eager to build a meaningful career working alongside a team of specialists who are truly dedicated to mentorship and professional growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Work directly with clients on matters involving custody, support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with the guidance of senior attorneys
  • Conduct legal research and case strategy meetings
  • Appear in court with support, growing into solo appearances when you're ready
  • Be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that supports both clients and each other
What We’re Looking For:
  • A JD from an accredited law school and North Carolina bar admission (or pending)
  • 0–2 years of experience practicing law (clerkship, clinic, or internship experience in family law is a big plus)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in client-centered legal work
  • Curiosity, humility, and a hunger to learn
