Job Description

Lifesciences Consultants (LSC) is looking for Associate Strategy Consultants to join our growing team and contribute to our continued global expansion.

As an Associate, you will be a key member of the project team, working under the guidance and mentorship of LSC senior leadership, and engaging directly with global Life Sciences executives at client organizations.

Your Role

In this position, you will:

  • Perform structured analyses and research to support client engagements.
  • Translate data into insights and contribute to client recommendations.
  • Help shape strategies and develop high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members and actively participate in client discussions.

You will also take part in our onboarding and training program, designed to quickly build your understanding of the Healthcare and Life Sciences market and accelerate your growth within the firm.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated, strategic thinkers with a passion for Life Sciences and an interest in strategy consulting, who are eager to combine science and business. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Background & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, preferably at a top-tier firm.
  • An advanced degree or MBA from a top-ranked university.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus, but not required.
  • Adaptability and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
