Job Title: Lead Buyer Associate – Nike Direct (3 Openings)

Location: North America (Remote/Onsite depending on business need)

Team: North America Consumer x Marketplace Operations

Overview:

Nike is seeking three Lead Buyer Associates (LBAs) to support our growing Nike Direct business:

• 2 LBAs for Unite/Clearance Nike Direct
• 1 LBA for Inline (NSO/NDDC) Nike Direct

As part of the North America Consumer x Marketplace Operations team , you’ll play a critical role in executing timely and accurate weekly/seasonal buys for USA Nike Direct, partnering with cross-functional teams across Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation.

What You’ll Work On

As an LBA, your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering and managing weekly and seasonal Nike Direct buys into SAP
• Partnering with Merchants, Planners, and Allocators to ensure buy accuracy and completeness
• Supporting order entry, contract management, and price maintenance
• Investigating and maintaining product data across various Nike systems
• Attending cross-functional meetings and responding to ongoing team needs and communications

Who You’ll Work With

You will report to the North America Consumer x Marketplace Operations team and collaborate daily with Nike Direct Buyers, Planners, and Allocators . You will be the go-to expert for buy data entry and maintenance in SAP on behalf of USA Nike Direct.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or 3+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a data-intensive role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven , fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with large datasets, product information, or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
