Our client, a nationally renowned plaintiff's mass tort and CSA (child sex abuse) litigation law firm seeks associate attorneys to join their firm and handle CSA litigation and Civil Rights/Prisoners Rights Litigation.
Candidates will handle case management duties (intake/inception to trial/settlement), motion practice, legal research and writing, discovery to 2nd chair duties.
Candidates with courtroom and taking/defending deposition experience strongly encouraged to apply.
Attorneys with plaintiff's civil litigation (PI, mass tort, class action) especially encourage to apply. Will also consider those with insurance defense experience looking to segue to plaintiff's work.
