Responsible for the safe, efficient operation of simple automated assembly machines used in the production of medical devices. Working in a cleanroom environment, this role performs repetitive tasks such as machine start-up, basic troubleshooting, and product inspection to ensure high-quality output. The operator monitors equipment, interprets basic machine faults, and completes necessary documentation to maintain compliance with production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor simple automated machines with minimal alignment requirements
• Perform start-up procedures and work order setups in electronic systems
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and restart machines as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality, and package, label, and count items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Accurately complete production and quality records
• Demonstrate flexibility in operating multiple simple machines

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel preferred)
• Ability to read and follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Able to perform visual inspections with or without magnification
• Experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment is a plus
