About This Position

We are looking for a creative and strategic  Art Director to lead our visual storytelling and brand expression. In this role, you will develop and execute omnichannel visual strategies that align with our brand DNA, ensuring a cohesive and compelling aesthetic across all touchpoints. You will oversee photo shoots, collaborate with creatives, and work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to launch seasonal campaigns that elevate our brand.

Success in this role requires a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of U.S. home decor trends, and the ability to balance artistic vision with business objectives. Responsibilities

• Create omnichannel visual strategies aligned with brand DNA, translating core values into distinctive visual narratives.
• Oversee photo shoots from concept to delivery to ensure stylist/photographer capture the look. Manage creatives (photographers/stylists) to balance aesthetics and ROI.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to launch seasonal campaigns and elevate brand visuals.
• Articulate ideas and demonstrate a willingness to bring new ideas to the forefront frequently.

Qualifications :

• Experience in home decor/lifestyle/furniture is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• 5+ years in art direction, preferably in home decor/e-commerce; deep knowledge of U.S. design trends.
• Strong aesthetics and business acumen to balance creativity & ROI.
• Experience in building visual teams from scratch or leading brand refresh projects.
• Interior designer experiences is preferred.
