Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Spokane, WA
Pay: Up to $20 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Candidates should have strong general maintenance skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete work orders and assist with unit turnovers
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Perform painting, drywall repairs, and basic carpentry tasks
Maintain property grounds and common areas
Ensure all work is completed in a safe and timely manner
Qualifications:
Apartment maintenance experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Valid driver’s license required
