Job Title: Sales Manager – Atlanta

Reports To: Regional Head of Sales – Americas

Role Overview

This position is responsible for sustaining strong relationships with current clients while driving business growth through new customer acquisition. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, aimed at expanding the company’s footprint across the region. A significant portion of the role will be field-based, requiring regular customer engagement and travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales targets aligned with the broader commercial strategy.
  • Expand the sales pipeline through strategic lead generation and opportunity development.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Contribute to setting ambitious yet attainable sales goals.
  • Participate in product promotion and support activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform sales strategy.
  • Increase market share across a range of products and services.
  • Support sales efforts across the Americas and internationally as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide feedback and improve operational performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and follow through on issue resolution to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist the customer service team during high-demand periods.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and operational teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within aviation, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset.
  • Skilled in sales analytics and performance tracking.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Understanding of various transport modes, especially air freight and express services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in on-the-road sales and negotiations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
