Job Description

One of our luxury clients is urgently seeking a Real Estate Assistant who is fluent in Italian.

The role is hybrid, would start asap and has the possibility of becoming full time should it be a good fit.

Role pays $30/hr

Primarily, this is truly an administrative support role. The day-to-day job responsibilities will mostly be around 75% creating/executing Powerpoint presentations (must have advanced skills here) and 25% working in Excel-based files and data.

Real Estate Assistant

As the Real Estate Assistant you will be responsible for creating presentations that enable the Executives to make informed decisions about the real estate strategy.

The ideal candidate should have excellent PowerPoint skills, and the ability to organize data and present it in a clear and concise manner. The candidate should be able to work independently, and as part of a team. Experience with AutoCAD is favorable.

This position is based in Manhattan, within our Real Estate Department and reports to our Director of Real Estate, The Americas (USA, Canada, LATAM).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create presentations that are visually appealing and easy to understand, in order to enable the Executives to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Retail, Engineering, Legal, Real Estate HQ) to gather information for presentations based on established priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicates with external stakeholders (Leasing Manager and brokers) to gather information for presentations based on the established priorities and deadlines.
  • Organize data and manage databases of information.
  • Regularly track and report on the status of all projects.
  • Support the Director of Real Estate by acting as a "right hand" to that individual with all day-to-day matters

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams.
  • Italian: Fluent
  • AutoCAD (favorable)
