Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Charlottsville, VA. This is a contract opportunity for a growing and fast paced company.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare routine correspondence

· Contact customers for scheduling

· Schedule and dispatch service technicians

· Issue work orders

· Order supplies and materials

· Update and maintain records and files

· Assist with billing as needed

Skills:

· Detail oriented

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to multitask

· Must possess wonderful organizational skills

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Contract, Full Time
