The JRT agency® is growing and has an exciting opportunity for an Account Administrator- Automotive. In this role, you’ll act as a liaison between our client and their customers while also being a key supporting member of your team within the agency. Between daily interactions with customers by phone and email, you’ll assist in team initiatives and project management, ensuring that every client and customer experience reflects our high standards of service.
We are looking for someone who can combine customer service excellence with the ability to multitask and support cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Automotive knowledge is a plus, but a passion for helping people and problem-solving is essential.
